Welcome to Refresh Kitchen! By accessing our website, booking our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Refresh Kitchen provides plant-forward cooking classes, culinary education, catering, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Payments
All class and service bookings require full payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling.
Corporate catering orders require at least 72 hours' notice.
3. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in our cooking classes and events is at your own risk. Refresh Kitchen is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other health issues resulting from participation.
We provide ingredient lists upon request, but it is the participant's responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, recipes, materials, and branding associated with Refresh Kitchen are the exclusive property of Refresh Kitchen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful may result in immediate removal from a class or event without a refund.
